How to Mail your device to us

You will receive an email from us containing your ticket PDF. Please print it, include it in the package with your device, and mail it to the provided address.

Step 3

We will work on your device. You pay only when the device is fixed. After payment, we will mail the package back to you.

Please note: Our current turnaround time for regular service is 6-8 weeks. Expedited service is available with a turnaround time of 1-9 days. If you require a quote, please contact us in advance.
